Beatrice Njeri

Counseling Psychologist | Lead Counsellor

Beatrice Njeri is a Counseling Psychologist and Lead Counsellor at Arukah Spring, passionate about helping individuals, children, adolescents, and families navigate emotional challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.

With experience in counselling and psychosocial support, Beatrice provides a compassionate, confidential, and trauma-informed space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

Her areas of support include trauma and PTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety and emotional difficulties, ADHD-related challenges, relationship concerns, GBV and abuse recovery, narcissistic abuse recovery, parenting and family concerns, self-esteem, grief and loss, and other mental and emotional wellness concerns.

Beatrice also works with children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, developmental, or difficult life experiences, using age-appropriate and supportive approaches to help them express themselves, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Her approach is centred on understanding each person's unique story and needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Where a client's needs fall outside her scope of practice, she supports appropriate referral to other qualified professionals or specialised services.

At Arukah Spring, Beatrice is committed to creating a safe space where people can begin their journey toward healing, emotional wellness, personal growth, and healthier relationships.
